Houthi Rebels Launch Ballistic Missile Attacks on al-Makha and Marib
Yemen's internationally recognized government forces accused Houthi rebels on Monday of launching new ballistic missile attacks on the Red Sea port city of al-Makha and residential areas in Marib, a day after a Houthi missile killed at least seven people in al-Makha. The attacks mark a major escalation in the conflict, which reignited after the US- and Israel-led war against Iran began in late February. The UN has called for restraint, warning of a risk of a new large-scale conflict.
