DR Congo: Ebola Claims Over 2,000 Lives, Fastest-Spreading Outbreak on Record
More than 2,000 people have died from Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo since the outbreak was declared less than three months ago, with at least 1,000 deaths in the past three weeks alone. It is the fastest-spreading outbreak on record in the Central African nation and the second largest in history.
