Stepfather Arrested on Suspicion of Killing Stepchild, Body Found After 3 Weeks Missing

Japanese police arrested a 49-year-old stepfather on murder charges after the body of his 17-year-old stepson was found in a mountainous area of Kyoto Prefecture on March 24. The victim had been missing for three weeks, and the cause of death was determined to be asphyxiation.
