Incheon Airport to Spend Over 1.77 Trillion Won on Full T1 Overhaul by 2035
Incheon International Airport, South Korea's main aviation gateway, will undergo a comprehensive renovation of its aging Terminal 1 by 2035, with total costs exceeding 1.77 trillion won (about $129 million), the operator announced Tuesday. The project will focus on upgrading infrastructure, baggage handling, IT systems, and passenger amenities, with phased execution to minimize disruptions.
