Yemen's Houthis Claim Downing of Saudi Typhoon Fighter Jet

Yemen's Houthi forces claim they have shot down a Typhoon fighter jet belonging to the Saudi Arabian air force. The claim has not been confirmed by Saudi Arabia, and no independent verification has been reported.

If confirmed, it would be the latest loss in a years-long conflict between the Saudi-led coalition and Houthi forces. Tensions along the border between the two countries have remained volatile in recent weeks.

There is currently no information on casualties or the status of the pilot. The parties involved have not yet issued official responses.
