Iran Commander Says Forces Ready to Strike Enemy Ships Again if Attacked

According to Iranian state media, a senior commander of the country's armed forces said Iran is ready to strike enemy ships again if attacked, and asserted that previous strikes had achieved their intended objectives.

The statement comes amid continued high regional tensions, with Iranian forces repeatedly saying they will respond to any action deemed provocative against the country's territory or interests.
