Former Japanese Agriculture Minister Hands Out Free Headbands at Campaign Launch
Former Japanese Agriculture Minister Kazuo Yana distributed free headbands at a campaign launch event in his constituency for February's general election, sources say. The conduct may amount to a violation of election law. No details have emerged on how many headbands were given out, and neither Yana nor authorities have responded.
