ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan has been suspended pending a vote by member states on sexual harassment allegations. The decision follows a UN investigation that found factual basis for the claims. Khan denies any wrongdoing and calls it a politically motivated smear campaign.
FIFA's Ethics Committee has banned former Guyana Football Federation General Secretary Ian Alves from all football-related activities for five years for sexual harassment of a female employee. Alves was also fined 20,000 Swiss francs ($25,500) for violations of the FIFA Code of Ethics. The ban is effective immediately upon notification.
