US Supreme Court rejects NFL bid to move racial discrimination lawsuit to arbitration
The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to review an appeal by the NFL and three teams, allowing a racial discrimination lawsuit filed by Black coach Brian Flores to proceed in federal court. Flores alleges systematic discrimination against Black coaches, including sham interviews to satisfy the Rooney Rule.
