Partial power outage in Zaporozhye after large-scale Ukrainian attack

Governor of Zaporozhye province Yevgeny Balitsky announced on May 1 that the Ukrainian armed forces (VSU) had launched a large-scale attack on energy facilities in the province overnight. As a result, parts of the province experienced power outages.

According to Balitsky, the attack occurred in the early hours of Friday, causing serious damage to electricity infrastructure points. Rescue workers and technicians are working urgently to restore power.
