Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) announced temporary airspace restrictions in the Sheremetyevo area. The airport is operating under government coordination, with potential changes to flight schedules.
MOSCOW, May 2 (TASS). Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsiya) announced that temporary restrictions have been imposed on the use of airspace in the area of Sheremetyevo Airport. The airport is currently receiving and coordinating flights in cooperation with the government.
In a statement, Rosaviatsiya said: “Sheremetyevo Airport is receiving and coordinating flights with the relevant authorities due to the imposition of temporary restrictions on the use of airspace in the airport area.”
The agency also noted that flight schedules may be subject to changes.
