In a latest statement, the Ministry of National Defense spokesperson emphasized that armed forces have been fully deployed, maintaining the highest level of standing combat readiness. Accordingly, all operational plans, weapons systems, and personnel have been rigorously reviewed and inspected to ensure rapid and effective response to any external threat.
At a regular press briefing, the Ministry's representative stated: “We closely monitor the situation, proactively assess and forecast potential risks, and build appropriate response scenarios. The morale and responsibility of officers and soldiers are always upheld; we are determined to firmly protect independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.”
According to the Ministry of National Defense, military units across all branches have recently conducted numerous exercises and live-fire training, combined with checks on mobility and inter-force combat coordination. Inspection results show that the military's combat readiness meets the set requirements.
Analysts note that this affirmation of thorough preparation comes amid complex regional and global security developments, raising higher demands on defense capabilities. The statement also reflects a political determination to maintain a peaceful, stable environment for national development.
The Ministry also said it will continue to closely coordinate with relevant ministries and sectors in defense and security efforts, while enhancing international military cooperation to strengthen the capacity to protect the Fatherland from early on and from afar.
