In a recent statement, Iran's Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Amir Saeid Iravani, emphasized that Iran will never bow to pressure or threats.
Speaking at the UN headquarters in New York, Iravani affirmed Tehran's determination to defend its sovereignty and national interests, rejecting all forms of external coercion.
According to the Iranian diplomat, the country has repeatedly faced sanctions and threats but has maintained a steadfast stance. "Iran will never concede to pressure tactics or unfounded threats," Iravani stressed.
The statement comes amid rising tensions between Iran and several Western countries over its nuclear program and other regional issues.
The Iranian envoy also called on the international community to support dialogue based on mutual respect, rather than unilateral actions and threats.
