Sebastián Lelio, director of A Fantastic Woman and Gloria, dies aged 52
Chilean film-maker Sebastián Lelio, director of the Oscar-winning trans drama A Fantastic Woman and the acclaimed Gloria, has died at 52 at his home in Santiago. His partner Amalia Kassai announced the death on Instagram without specifying a cause. Lelio also made English-language films including Disobedience, Gloria Bell and The Wonder.
