Over 9.5 million Pakistanis receive fuel subsidy, but those who need it most are left out
Pakistan's government has subsidized petrol for more than 9.5 million people under a fuel support program launched by the prime minister, offering 100 rupees per liter to owners of motorcycles, rickshaws and small cars.
