Ukraine raises Zaporizhia aid strike death toll to at least 50
Ukrainian officials say the death toll from a Russian strike on an aid distribution centre in Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhia region, has risen to at least 50, with acting regional governor Mykhailo Semikin later citing 53 dead. Rescuers are using DNA sampling to identify bodies as up to 39 people may still be trapped under rubble five days after Monday's attack, which President Volodymyr Zelenskyy described as a 'double-tap' strike on civilians sheltering underground.
