Al-Burhan pledges immunity for dialogue participants, rules out Hemedti return
Sudan's leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan has offered temporary immunity and legal guarantees to participants in a national dialogue, while firmly rejecting any return of the Rapid Support Forces to power. He also outlined conditions for peace, starting with RSF withdrawal and refugee return, as an African Union delegation prepares to visit Khartoum.
