US Justice Department Files 40 Denaturalization Cases, the Most Under Trump
The US Justice Department has filed 40 lawsuits seeking to strip naturalized citizens of their citizenship over allegations of serious crimes, the largest such wave in modern history under President Donald Trump. The cases, filed between late August and early October, target people from countries including Mexico, Pakistan, China and Sierra Leone, with two accused of spying for China.
