WHO declares global emergency over Ebola outbreak in DRC and Uganda
The WHO declared the Ebola outbreak in the DRC and Uganda a global health emergency after more than 300 suspected cases and 88 deaths. The rare Bundibugyo virus has no approved treatment or vaccine, and officials warn the outbreak could be larger than reported.
