Eto'o urges African federations to back FIFA president Infantino
Samuel Eto'o, head of Cameroon's football federation, has urged African football leaders to back FIFA President Gianni Infantino, crediting him with advancing the continent and expanding World Cup access. The former striker also said limited budgets force African nations to lose stars to Europe, and cautioned against viewing UEFA as FIFA's sole priority.
