US judge orders release of Palestinian supporter detained by ICE
A U.S. federal judge ordered the release of Salah Sarsour, a Muslim leader and lawful permanent resident, after finding substantial evidence that his ICE detention was retaliation for pro-Palestinian advocacy protected by the First Amendment.
