Japan Boosts Disaster Prevention Tech Development, Aims for ¥2 Trillion in Overseas Revenue
Japan’s government has announced a plan to accelerate the development of advanced disaster prevention technologies, including remote operation of heavy machinery, and set a target of achieving ¥2 trillion in overseas revenue. The strategy aims to strengthen domestic response and export tech to Southeast Asia, South Asia, and Latin America.
