The World Health Organization has declared the Ebola outbreak in DR Congo and Uganda a global health emergency due to the rare Bundibugyo virus, which has no vaccine or treatment. As of April 26, 88 deaths and 336 suspected cases have been reported, with the first case traced to a nurse in Ituri province.
