Kenya has confirmed its first Ebola case after a citizen who returned from the Democratic Republic of Congo died in Nairobi. Health authorities have identified 28 close contacts and are tracing 23 fellow passengers from a flight out of Uganda. The current DRC outbreak has killed more than 4,000 people, with over 8,300 confirmed cases.
