ICC rules Duterte fit to stand trial on crimes against humanity charges
The International Criminal Court has ruled that former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte is fit to stand trial on crimes against humanity charges linked to his anti-drug campaign. Independent medical experts found the 81-year-old mentally capable of understanding the evidence and instructing his defense. The trial is scheduled to open on November 30.
