Russia issues arrest warrant for Telegram founder Pavel Durov on terrorism facilitation charges
Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has formally charged Telegram founder Pavel Durov with terrorism facilitation, issuing an international arrest warrant. The agency accuses Durov of failing to remove content used by Ukrainian agencies and extremist groups to plan attacks inside Russia. Durov has not commented, but Telegram's official X account posted an image of Durov giving the middle finger after the announcement.
