Pentagon to Livestream Fort Hood Shooter's Execution: Legal or Not?
The Pentagon says it will livestream the firing-squad execution of Nidal Malik Hasan, the 2009 Fort Hood mass shooter, in what would be a first in U.S. history. Legal experts and human rights groups warn the move may violate U.S. and international law, particularly by exposing minors to graphic content. Hasan, convicted of killing 13 people, is set to be executed Dec. 3 at Fort Hood.
