Poll: 86% of Americans Oppose Taxpayer-Funded 'Golden Age' Ads
A Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 86% of Americans, including four in five Republicans, believe using public funds for election-related TV ads featuring President Trump is inappropriate. The White House says it will not reimburse taxpayers for ads already broadcast, while Trump has said he will fund future spots himself.
