Man sent to prosecutors for indecent exposure at samurai monument
A man in his 30s has been referred to prosecutors on suspicion of indecent exposure at a stone monument in central Tokyo dedicated to a samurai spirit from over 1,000 years ago, and of uploading footage of the act online, an investigative source said Friday. The case concerns a site of historical significance in the capital.
