US punk singer's 1993 murder suspect arrested in Panama after more than 30 years on the run
Richard Werstine, 56, accused of fatally shooting his close friend Rodney Barger—frontman of the Detroit punk band Cold as Life—while Barger slept in 1993, has been captured in Panama City after evading law enforcement for over three decades. He had been arrested multiple times under false identities but never had his real name exposed.
