Islamic Relief says one Palestinian has been killed or injured in Gaza every 90 minutes on average since last October's ceasefire, with at least 1,454 killed and over 5,000 injured in a year. The UK-based charity urged world leaders to act, warning that a ceasefire in name only is no excuse for inaction as humanitarian conditions worsen.
