According to information from the Embassy of Iran in Russia, Mr. Masoud Ahmadvand, Cultural Attaché of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Moscow, has been honored as 'Expert of the Year 2025'. The award was presented by the Federal Research Institute for Cultural and Heritage Studies of Russia, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to cultural and scientific cooperation between the two countries.
The award ceremony took place in Moscow, attended by a large number of scientists, diplomats, and representatives of Russian cultural circles. In his acceptance speech, Mr. Ahmadvand emphasized the importance of intercultural dialogue in today’s world and pledged to continue promoting joint projects between Iran and Russia in the fields of publishing, cinema, arts, and heritage preservation.
