The commander of the Quds Force, the overseas arm of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), issued a forceful statement, asserting that victory comes from sacrifice and bloodshed, not from weapons or war.
In a public address, he emphasized: “Blood has triumphed over the sword.” This statement reflects the strategic vision of the force, elevating the spirit of sacrifice and perseverance in the face of challenges.
According to him, true strength lies not in weapons or military might, but in the sacrifice and loyalty of fighters. He argued that history has proven that movements rooted in ideals and sacrifice ultimately achieve victory.
The statement comes amid heightened tensions in the Middle East, particularly clashes between Iran and its adversaries. The Quds Force is the IRGC's external branch, responsible for intelligence and military operations beyond Iran's borders.
Analysts suggest the statement may be intended to boost morale among forces and supporters in the region, while warning adversaries that military pressure will not weaken Tehran's resolve.
