The Commander of the Ground Forces has stressed that the system of rapid response units plays a central role in maintaining the armed forces' combat readiness. According to him, these units are specially organized and trained to deploy immediately, responding quickly to complex developments across various regions.
Speaking during an inspection of one rapid response unit, the commander stated that maintaining a high state of readiness is a constant requirement, while commending the sense of responsibility and professional competence of officers and soldiers. He also clarified that these units must always remain proactive, ready to receive and complete missions in the shortest possible time, contributing to the firm protection of security and sovereignty.
Additionally, the commander ordered further intensification of live-fire training and enhanced coordination between rapid response units and other forces to achieve combined strength. Logistics, technical support, and weapons and equipment for these units are also given special attention, ensuring they can maneuver and operate effectively in all terrains and weather conditions.
Military analysts suggest that the remarks reflect the current defense strategy's focus on strengthening rapid response capabilities, in line with military modernization trends and the requirement to defend the homeland from early and afar.
