Qatar Opens Milipol Homeland Security Expo, Signs Three-Year Security Cooperation Plan with France

The 16th Milipol Qatar homeland security and global safety exhibition has opened at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), bringing together more than 270 domestic and international companies and showcasing the latest defense technologies and solutions.

This year's event remains a meeting point for manufacturers and suppliers of security and safety equipment from many countries, with stands displaying products for protection, response and homeland security management.

On the sidelines of the exhibition, Qatar and France signed a three-year security cooperation action plan covering the 2027-2030 period.

Under the agreement, the two sides aim to strengthen cooperation across several areas, including organized crime, drug trafficking, counterterrorism, security for international events and civil protection.

Milipol Qatar is an exhibition held every two years since 1996.
