Police in Nagano Prefecture, central Japan, said a temporary bridge was erected on Sunday to help about 390 people stranded at a resort by a landslide the previous night leave the area.
According to local police, the landslide occurred on Saturday evening in Nagano Prefecture, cutting off roads and leaving many resort guests unable to travel out.
Immediately after the incident, rescue teams arrived at the scene to assess the situation and implement countermeasures. The temporary bridge was installed by Sunday, allowing those stranded to move to safety.
No casualties have been reported. Authorities continue to monitor the situation and take steps to ensure the safety of residents in the area.
