An Israeli airstrike near the Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza has killed at least one person and wounded two others, according to Palestinian media.
The official Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that the attack occurred near Salah al-Din Road on Sunday morning.
The incident came a day after an Israeli drone strike targeted the al-Hasanat family in the central Gaza city of Deir el-Balah, killing one person and injuring several others, Al Jazeera correspondent Ashraf Abu Amra reported from the city.
According to Gaza's Health Ministry, at least 1,286 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip since a "ceasefire" agreement took effect in October. Since Israel's war against Palestinians in Gaza began in October 2023, Israeli forces have killed more than 73,400 Palestinians in the territory.
