Tehran has issued a warning to Israeli citizens living in northern Israel, advising them to prepare for evacuation should Israel carry out military strikes against Iran.
The warning comes as tensions between the two countries have escalated in recent weeks, particularly following airstrikes and confrontations in Syria. Iranian officials stressed that any attack by Israel would provoke a strong response, including strikes on densely populated areas of Israel.
Israel has repeatedly declared its readiness to strike Iranian nuclear and military facilities if diplomatic talks fail. Tehran warned that such action would endanger Israeli civilians in the north and recommended they leave the area.
There has been no official response from Israel to this warning. Analysts said the move is part of Iran’s psychological strategy to deter potential Israeli attacks.
