Spanish Football Federation President Thanks Iranian Counterpart for World Cup Congratulations

Ángel María Villar, president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), has sent a letter of thanks to Ali Kafashian, president of the Football Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran, for the congratulatory message Mr. Kafashian sent to the Spanish national team following their 2010 World Cup triumph.

In the letter, Mr. Villar expressed deep gratitude for the warmth and support shown by Iran, while highlighting the spirit of sportsmanship and friendship between the two nations. He also extended his best wishes for the future of Iranian football.

It is understood that after Spain's historic victory in South Africa, many football federations around the world sent their congratulations, among them Iran.
