According to Esmaili, journalists play a pivotal role in faithfully reflecting events, deeply analyzing social issues, and guiding public opinion responsibly. He also emphasized the need to protect press freedom within the legal framework while upholding professionalism and professional ethics among the media.
On this occasion, Iran's culture minister called on press institutions to strengthen cooperation with the government to jointly tackle current challenges, especially amid the nation's economic and social difficulties.
