Almaz-Antey Delivers 48 Aviation Support Systems in 2025

Russian corporation Almaz-Antey has produced and commissioned 48 airborne radio equipment units and four air traffic control automation systems in 2025, meeting the highest international standards. Deputy Director General Dmitry Savitsky stated that the unique Russian-made systems comply with top international automation protocols.
MOSCOW, May 2. According to Dmitry Savitsky, Deputy Director General for Air Navigation Systems and Dual-Use Products, Almaz-Antey delivered four airspace management automation systems (air traffic control systems) and 48 airborne radio units in 2025.
In an interview with TASS, Savitsky said the automation systems built by Russian manufacturers meet the highest international automation standards. He emphasized that these systems are unique and the company produces various types.
“In 2025, work continued on modernizing and maintaining the operational readiness of technical equipment and systems operated by the European air traffic management authority. In total, the group's enterprises and subcontractors produced and commissioned four sets of air traffic control automation equipment and 48 airborne radio units of various types over the past year,” he said.
