43 Drones Shot Down in Leningrad Region

Authorities in Russia's Leningrad region announced that air defense forces shot down 43 drones during a large-scale attack. Governor Alexander Drozdenko confirmed combat operations are still ongoing.
According to Leningrad Region Governor Alexander Drozdenko, air defense forces destroyed an additional 8 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the area, bringing the total number of drones downed since the start of the attack to 43.
Speaking on the social network Max, Drozdenko said: "Currently, 43 UAVs have been shot down in the Leningrad region. Combat operations continue. Air defense forces are repelling a large-scale enemy attack."
Earlier, from the same source, 35 UAVs had been destroyed on the same day before the additional 8 drones were reported.
